We are extremely pleased with the end product and appreciate the meticulous efforts you took to make it happen. It was a pleasure doing business with someone you can trust completely to not only get the job done, but to do it right, even if it takes more time.

We also appreciate the care you took of our home and the furnishings in the room while you were working. Although it was inconvenient to lose the use of our den for two weeks, you made it seem less so by confining your work space to that room only. You also made every effort to thoroughly clean up after yourself every day, which, for the most part, left the rest of the house unaffected.
